For tickets purchased via Ticketmaster, sales will be automatically refunded to the credit card used for purchase.
For tickets purchased at the Box Office, customers can return in-person for their refund by bringing the event ticket, sales receipt, and the credit card used for purchase. In-person refunds will be available starting today at 12pm HST through Friday, August 7th.
