RESCHEDULES HAWAII CONCERT DATE DUE TO
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
CAREY WILL NOW PERFORM
HER CELEBRATED THEATRICAL STAGE EXTRAVAGANZA
ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU & HITS CONCERT
FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN HAWAII
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2020
Mariah Carey has announced that her Hawaii concert will be postponed from March 10, 2020 to Saturday, November 28, 2020 due to current global travel restrictions. With the new date, Mariah Carey and Hawaii’s own Rick Bartalini Presents will bring the All I Want for Christmas Is You & Hits show to Hawaii for the first time ever.
All previously purchased tickets will be honored for Saturday, November 28. Ticket holders do not need to exchange their tickets for the new concert date. Current ticket holders will not be subject to ticket price increases that will be necessary to produce the celebrated theatrical stage production for the ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ & Hits extravaganza. The new date allows Mariah to share her love of the holiday season with the people of Hawaii and in the festive spirit, Mariah will be providing a special Christmas gift to all concertgoers entering the Neal S. Blaisdell arena on Saturday, November 28.
Promoter Rick Bartalini said in a statement:
I’ve been trying to get Mariah’s Christmas show to Hawaii for a few years now, but it hasn’t been possible due to her touring schedule. The silver lining with this date change is being able to bring this magical holiday show to Hawaii instead for the first time ever, on Saturday, November 28. The All I Want for Christmas Is You & Hits show is not just a concert experience but a whole amazing theatrical production. Hawaii has never seen anything like it before. I’m looking forward to working with Mariah and her team to share it with the people of Hawaii.
Mariah’s legendary Christmas extravaganzas are massive theatrical productions packed with all the joy, sparkle, and excitement of the holiday season. Surrounded by eye-popping sets in addition to carolers, elves, Nutcracker drummer boys, dancers dressed as reindeer, and even a sugar-plum fairy, Mariah performs all the sentimental Christmas classics—including her own—as well as her biggest hits.
