The Neal S. Blaisdell Hawaiʻi Suites are a flexible meeting and event space designed to accommodate a wide range of functions. Located on the first floor, the Suites can be divided into twelve individual breakout rooms, each measuring approximately 22 feet by 30 feet, or combined to create larger configurations.
Each room is air-conditioned and features acoustical wall partitions, allowing for adaptable layouts that support business meetings, seminars, receptions, private events, and formal dining setups. The space can also accommodate events with staging and entertainment as needed.
Six of the rooms provide direct access to an outdoor covered patio along Ward Avenue. Removable hallway panels allow access to an indoor hall for the creation of private entrances, enhancing flexibility for event flow and guest access.
The Hawaii Suites can also be combined into a single open space suitable for small exhibit shows, accommodating up to approximately 50 booths. When opened to the adjacent Exhibition Hall, the space expands to provide an additional 8,100 square feet of exhibit area.
