Getting Here
The Blaisdell Center and the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell are centrally located in Honolulu and are accessible by car, public transportation, and ride share services. Directions and travel times may vary depending on your starting location and the time of day.
Guests using ride share services or being dropped off should allow additional time for arrival, as traffic and curbside access may vary by event.
Public transportation is available year-round and operates according to established route schedules. Transit service may be affected on certain days due to street closures or city events, such as parades and festival block parties. Route information and schedules are available through TheBus at TheBus.org.

Parking
Parking is available at both the Blaisdell Center and the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell. Paid parking is offered at the Blaisdell Center, while parking at the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell is free. Parking availability may be limited depending on attendance and venue capacity.
For select high-attendance events at the Blaisdell Center, overflow parking may be available at nearby locations, such as McKinley High School. When overflow parking is in use, cash payment is required at that location. Parking staff will direct guests to overflow parking areas when on-site parking reaches capacity.
When Blaisdell Center parking facilities are temporarily closed due to capacity, vehicles dropping off guests with accessibility needs will continue to be permitted access for drop-off purposes. Parking staff will assist with directing traffic as needed.

Box Office & Tickets
Tickets for events at the Blaisdell Center and the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.com and the venue Box Offices. Tickets are not sold through third-party resale platforms. The Blaisdell Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
Ticket availability and seating configurations vary by event. The Box Office accepts cash and major credit cards, with the exception of American Express.
The Blaisdell Center operates a main Box Office that serves ticket sales and will-call pickup during regularly scheduled business hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This Box Office is also activated on event days for Arena and Exhibition Hall admission events.
The Concert Hall and the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell each operate their own Box Offices, which are open only when there is an active event at those venues and typically open approximately two hours prior to event start time.
Box Office staff assist with ticket purchases, will-call pickup, and general ticket-related questions. Box Office hours on event days may vary depending on event start times.
Guests seeking accessible seating or other accommodations are encouraged to contact the Box Office in advance at 808-768-5252 or inquire at the time of ticket purchase.
Venue Entry & Security
Entry procedures may vary by event. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking, entry and or seating before the event begins.
- Doors for concert events open approximately one (1) hour prior to the event start time, though door times may vary and may open earlier for select events.
- Doors for exhibition shows open at the start of the show.
Security measures, including bag checks or screening procedures, may be in place for certain events. These measures are implemented to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Permitted and prohibited items, as well as re-entry policies, may vary depending on the event. A list of permitted and prohibited items can be found on our House Rules & Guest Policies page. The general bag policy for all venues is that all bags do not exceed 12 inches by 12 inches. Bags do not need to be clear.

Weather & Attire
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably for their event and consider the venue type when planning their attire. The Blaisdell Center includes both indoor and outdoor venues.
Events at the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell are held outdoors. Guests may wish to plan for weather conditions, including rain or cooler evening temperatures, such as bringing appropriate rain protection when needed.

Lost & Found
If an item is lost during an event at the Blaisdell Center or the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell, guests are encouraged to speak with Ushering staff during their visit for immediate assistance when possible.
Items not recovered during an event may be turned in to the venue’s Lost & Found at the Administrative Office. Guests may submit a Lost & Found inquiry after the event for assistance locating missing items.
