The Box Office is located on Ward Avenue closer to Kapiʻolani Boulevard between the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena and Neal S. Exhibition Hall. There is a Box Office parking lot adjacent to the building to allow for ticket purchasing.

We accept Cash, and credit cards by Visa, Mastercard and Discover. As of 7/1/21, the Blaisdell Box office no longer accepts American Express as a form of payment.

ASL Interpreted Performances
Journey Final Frontier Tour – Sunday, September 6
For all events whose primary form of delivery of the performance is verbal presentation, the Department of Enterprise Services will work with the promoter/presenter to provide one American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted performance of the event.
If you require ASL seating accommodations, please email all ASL seating requests to blaisdellboxoffice@honolulu.gov. ASL seating requests need to be made a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of the event show date and prior to purchasing your tickets. Once your request has been confirmed, tickets must be purchased at the Blaisdell Box Office.
