| What time do the gates/doors open for an event? | Gates/Doors open 1 HOUR prior to the show time listed on your Ticketmaster ticket (mobile/paper). |
| How do I purchase ADA/Handicapped accessible seats for a concert? | On Ticketmaster.com: Head to Ticketmaster.com or select the link via our events calendar of the performance you are interested in. Select the show time if applicable for the performance that you’d like to attend. When you get to the ticket screen, you’ll click on a button called “Filters” . In that area, toggle on/click on the select button for “Show accessible tickets”. -> Valid ADA areas will be checked like Wheelchair Accessible, Companion Seat, Deaf/Hard of Hearing/Blind/Low Vision. Hit “Apply Filters” button. The screen seat selection screen will load with the ADA seats and companion seats. At Blaisdell Box Office: If you come to the Blaisdell Box Office when the tickets go on sale to the public, the cashiers can assist you by pointing out available ADA seats for sale. |
| Where do ADA park to go to the Tom Moffatt Waikiki Shell? | Any ADA patron headed to the Tom Moffatt Waikiki Shell may utilize any of the available Handicap parking stalls within the Kapiolani Park parking lot that runs along Monserrat Avenue. Additional stalls are located in the secondary parking lot on the corner of Monserrat Avenue and Paki Avenue as well as around Kapiolani Park which are metered stalls. |

| I have a baby. Am I allowed to bring a diaper bag and or a stroller to an event? | At events, we do not encourage patrons to bring strollers due to different certain limitations: most concerts are very crowded and have thousands of attendees and there is no area for a stroller next to a patron's seat. With that said, we don’t deny strollers unless the event specifically states no strollers. However, certain events do allow for strollers if a stroller is necessary. But again, there's no area for a stroller next to a patron's seat and the stroller will need to be stored in an area that may be unattended. Diaper bags are allowed so long as the only items in the bag are for a child. No liquor or outside food with the exception for the child is allowed in to our venues. |
| Can I purchase any food or water at the Blaisdell Center during my event? | Depends on the event. Food and beverages will be sold at certain concerts and events at the Blaisdell Center. Please check the specific event page if food and beverages are being sold. |
| Am I allowed to bring my own food and water? | No. Unless there is a special provision for the specific event that does allow the bringing of outside food and drink. For some expos, emptied insulated bottles and clear plastic bottles are allowed. |
