- No, there is no overnight parking at our facility.

- Please contact Elite Parking Services’ phone number above and speak with the Parking Manager.
- When do parking gates open for events?
- Usually two (2) hours before the event time. If there are multiple events happening at the same time, the parking lot will open prior to the earliest event and remain open until the last event has begun.
How to Purchase a Valet Ticket for an Event
Valet may be available at events at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena and Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall. To see if a show has valet and to purchase a ticket, please follow the following steps.
- Click here to go to Ticketmaster.com.
- Which venue is your event being held at?
- If it’s in the Arena, type in the search field on Ticketmaster.com the following phrase “Blaisdell Arena Parking”.
- If it’s in the Concert Hall, type in the search field on Ticketmaster.com the following phrase “Blaisdell Concert Hall”.
- Two buttons will appear above a list of events at the chosen venue . Click on the “Parking” button.
- Locate the date and name of your event in the list by scrolling or tabbing down. Please be sure to locate the correct time if there are multiple time slots for a single event or locate the correct event if there are multiple different events available with the same date.
- Click on or select the “Find Tickets” button.
- If VALET IS SOLD OUT, the site will say “Tickets are sold out now.”
- If VALET IS AVAILABLE, you will see the option to purchase a valet ticket for $25.00.
- Proceed with the purchase.
Elite Valet Parking Locations at Neal S. Blaisdell Center
Description of Elite Valet Parking Locations Map
Valet parking is subject to availability.
Location A: Available for select Blaisdell Arena events. Enter from Ward Avenue, south of the Box Office at the Arena Valet area. For some events, an alternate entry may be used from Ward Avenue between the Exhibition Hall and Concert Hall.
Location B: Available for select Concert Hall events. Enter from Ward Avenue between the Exhibition Hall and Concert Hall at the Concert Hall valet area.
Important: No left turn is permitted from Ward Avenue into the valet areas during events.The map shows the Neal S. Blaisdell Center and surrounding streets, including Ward Avenue, King Street, Victoria Street, and Kapiʻolani Boulevard, with labeled locations for the Arena, Concert Hall, Box Office, and valet areas for Locations A and B.
Parking Entrance Locations
King Street Gate
This is the main entrance to the Blaisdell Parking Lot. The gate opens at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday for Daily parking except when there is only Event Parking. The gate becomes automated via machine at 12:30 p.m. on all days with no event scheduled. On event days, gate times will vary.
Kapʻiolani Boulevard Gate
This gate is unattended and accessible via the automated machine to cardholders and any patron paying with a credit card. Signs are posted to direct those without a card or wanting to pay cash to the King Street entrance.
Ward Avenue Chain
This is a service entrance and is closed to the general public. Prior arrangements with the Blaisdell Center Production Management and Elite Parking must be made for any use of this gate. It is used for “load-in” and/or “load-out” of the Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall and Exhibition Hall as needed.
Box Office Parking Lot
Box Office Parking is open for ticket purchasing only. Parking for the patrons of the Box Office is free. If Box Office Parking is full, ticket buyers may enter through the King Street Gate. The ticket buyers will be refunded the parking fee after they validate their ticket at the Box Office.
Note: No left turn permitted on Ward Avenue into the parking lot.
Galleria Driveway
This is a service driveway off of Ward Avenue and is closed to public parking. Prior arrangements with the Blaisdell Center Management and Elite Parking must be made for any use of this driveway.

Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell Location and Parking

Parking:
Events held at the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell may use the stalls in the Kapiʻolani Park lots. There are three entrances in to the parking lot off of Monsarrat Avenue in front of the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell. Parking is free and is on a first-come first-served basis. Parking lot hours are posted on-site and may vary depending on the events in the park. Additional free street and metered parking is available around the perimeter of the Kapiʻolani Park.
Directions to Neal S. Blaisdell Center
From the Airport:
Take the H-1 Freeway East (towards Waikīkī) for approximately 5 miles. Exit the freeway onto
Kīnaʻu Street, and stay in the right exit lane – which then becomes the center lane on Kīnaʻu Street.
Make a right turn at the 2nd stop light at Victoria Street. This street will continue for 3 blocks
and ends directly into our parking lot (after crossing King Street).
From Waikiki:
Take Ala Moana Boulevard West Bound (toward the airport) for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Ward Avenue, and continue for about 1 mile. You will see the Arena, Exhibition Hall and Concert Hall to your right. Turn right onto King Street (after you have passed the complex). The entrance to the parking structure is at the next stop light across from Victoria Street.
Directions to Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell
From the Airport:
Take the H-1 Freeway East (towards Waikīkī) for approximately 8.5 miles. Exit the freeway onto King Street. Continue to go East on King Street, passing the Market City Shopping Center to the right. As you go under the freeway overpass, turn right onto Kapahulu Avenue. Continue south on Kapahulu Avenue for approximately 2 miles, until you pass the Honolulu Zoo to the left, stay in the left lane. When you reach the end of Kapahulu Avenue, turn left at the light and continue left onto Monsarrat Avenue. The Kapiʻolani Park parking lot will be on the right in front of the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell.
From Waikīkī:
Travel east on Kalākaua Avenue (towards Diamond Head), and veer left onto Monsarrat Avenue when Kapiʻolani Park appears in front of you. The Kapiʻolani Park parking lot will be on the right in front of the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell.
