The Neal S. Blaisdell Arena is a multi-purpose indoor venue designed to support concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, and large-scale assemblies. Load-In and Load-Out
Load-in and load-out schedules are arranged in advance with Blaisdell Center Sales representatives. Access points, staging areas, and timing requirements vary based on event scope and production needs. Final logistics are confirmed during the event advance process.
There is a truck access door at the rear of the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena allowing for vehicles to drive in to the facility for drop offs and pick ups. Coordination of load-in and load-out can be arranged with Blaisdell Center Sales representatives as well as Blaisdell Production staff.
Production Coordination
All technical and production requirements are reviewed with Blaisdell Center Production staff prior to the event. This includes staging, lighting, sound, utilities, and staffing needs. Advance planning ensures compliance with venue policies and safety standards.
