Maui, Oʻahu, and Kauaʻi Meeting Rooms Overview
Located on the second floor above the Hawaiʻi Suites, the Maui, Oʻahu, and Kauaʻi rooms are permanent, walled function spaces designed to support meetings, seminars, and breakout sessions. These rooms may be used individually or in combination and can also be utilized in conjunction with the second floor Galleria for meals, meetings, or receptions. Maui and Oʻahu rooms have direct access from both the exterior balcony walkway and the Galleria, while the Kauaʻi Room is accessible from the Galleria and via the interior hallway from the exterior walkway. Restrooms are located adjacent to these rooms.
Seating & Floor Configurations
Seating and floor configurations vary by event. The meeting rooms support classroom seating, theater-style arrangements, conference setups, and open floor plans for receptions or gathering space. Final layouts are determined based on production needs, event requirements, and safety considerations.

Utilities & Infrastructure

Load-In and Load-Out
Load-in and load-out schedules are arranged in advance with Blaisdell Center Sales representatives. The meeting rooms are accessed via the exterior walkway, with direct access available to the Maui and Oʻahu rooms. The Kauaʻi Room does not have direct exterior access; entry is provided via the interior hallway from the exterior walkway.
Production Coordination
All technical and production requirements are reviewed with Blaisdell Center Production staff prior to the event. This includes room setup, lighting, sound, utilities, and staffing needs. Advance planning ensures compliance with venue policies and safety standards.
