Please note that the Blaisdell Box office will be closed
Thursday – Friday, December 24 - 25 and
Thursday - Friday, December 31 - January 1.
We will reopen the Monday (December 28 and January 4) following each holiday.

CASH PURCHASES: you must come to the Box Office WITH YOUR TICKETS to obtain your refund, no matter the status of the show (Canceled, Rescheduled, or Postponed).

**Update: The Daryl Hall and John Oates refund period has been extended. Please bring your tickets to the Box Office during open hours between September 24 and October 23. Valid for tickets bought at the Blaisdell Box Office Only.**

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: RESCHEDULED or POSTPONED SHOWS,
you have two (2) options to obtain a refund:

1. Come to the Box Office with the credit card that was used to purchase your tickets and your tickets.

2. Mail your actual tickets (please retain a photo copy of your tickets for your records) to:

*include in your envelope with your tickets your NAME and PHONE NUMBER*

We will contact you when we receive your tickets for further information.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: CANCELED SHOWS,
Automatically refunded to the credit card of the purchaser.  Please be patient as this takes time to show up on your account.

TICKETMASTER.COM TICKET REFUNDS

RESCHEDULED or POSTPONED SHOWS:

  • Please log in to Ticketmaster.com

  • Navigate to My Account

  • Look for the REQUEST REFUND button next to your tickets

CANCELED SHOWS: will be refunded automatically to the credit card of the purchaser. Please be patient as this takes time to process.

OTHER IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION

OTHER PLATFORM PURCHASES (i.e. Groupon, Hawaii Symphony Orchestra): you must go back to your point of sale platform (i.e. Groupon, HSO) to receive your refund.

RESCHEDULED (has a new date) or POSTPONED (date to be announced),
Refund available up until 14 days before the new date for a rescheduled show and
 indefinitely until a date is announced for a postponed show.
Hall and Oates concert not included.

Please remember that if you choose to hold onto your tickets
 they will be valid for entry when the show is rescheduled.
